Your data. Our duty.

1 · What we collect

Mobile number, name, email (optional), city, birthday, anniversary, and transaction records from your purchases at Red Chief stores or on redchief.in. We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, payment-card details, or any biometric data.

2 · How we use it

• Credit and redeem your loyalty points
• Send programme communications (offers, birthday wishes, tier upgrade notices) via SMS, WhatsApp and email
• Analyse aggregated trends to improve our products and stores
• Provide responsive customer support

3 · Who we share it with

We share your data only with our trusted communication partner (Karix, DLT-registered) and our loyalty-platform provider (Fundle) — both bound by strict confidentiality. We never sell your data, ever.

4 · Your rights under DPDP Act 2023

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time, free of charge. Write to privacy@redchief.co.in with the subject line "DPDP request". We respond within 30 days.

5 · Data retention

Active member data is retained for the duration of your membership plus 24 months. If you delete your account, we retain only the minimum legally-required transaction record (for tax and audit) and anonymise the rest within 90 days.

6 · Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Redemptions are OTP-secured. Internal access is restricted to authorised Red Chief staff under a documented access-control policy.

7 · Updates to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you via SMS and email at least 14 days before the new policy takes effect. Your continued use of the Club after that date constitutes acceptance.
