The programme rules.

  1. 01Membership is free, open to anyone aged 18 or above, residing in India.
  2. 02Points earned have no cash equivalent and are non-transferable.
  3. 03Points expire 365 days from the date earned. Unused points lapse silently after expiry.
  4. 041 point = ₹0.25. Minimum redemption is 100 points (= ₹25).
  5. 05Tier qualification is based on rolling 12-month net spend. Returns reduce qualifying spend.
  6. 06Red Chief reserves the right to modify the programme rules with 14 days' advance notice via SMS and email.
  7. 07Fraud, misuse, or any abuse of the programme leads to immediate termination and forfeiture of points.
  8. 08Programme communications via SMS, WhatsApp and email constitute consented marketing under the DPDP Act 2023.
  9. 09Welcome and birthday bonuses are credited only to verified, active mobile numbers.
  10. 10Bulk-purchase, reseller and corporate transactions are excluded from points accrual.
  11. 11Red Chief Industries Ltd. is the sole authority on point balances, tier statuses, and dispute resolution.
  12. 12Disputes, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
